Monday March 12 - A few weeks ago Mike from the wellness center suggested that I meet with a yoga instructor and then do some yoga moves for fitness with sarah. Today I met with Samantha in the wellness center. We went over 5 different poses and the proper alignment for each one. I'm still not sure yet if there will be enough time for all of the moves, but now I am able to chose some and be fully knowledgeable about them. 1 hour
