Thursday January 26 - Today I met with Mike in the Wellness Center for the Fitness with Sarah segment for Wellness TV. We decided on this segment to be the importance of incorporating stretching and flexibility training into a workout routine. We went over the exact techniques of three different stretches, verbal cues and the script. We also discussed doing the next segment on yoga. We're going to set up a meeting with a yoga instructor to practice proper form. 1 hour
